FAQ

Couch Cleaning Questions

How do I get a quote?

Text us a photo of your furniture along with your ZIP code. We'll review the details and reply with a quote. You're also welcome to call.

Do you clean sectionals and large sofas?

Yes. Sectionals, sleeper sofas, loveseats and oversized couches are a core part of what we clean. Send a photo of the full piece so we can quote it accurately.

Do you use the same method on every couch?

No. We identify the fabric first and choose a method suited to it — hot-water extraction for fabrics that tolerate it, and low-moisture cleaning for more delicate materials.

How long does upholstery take to dry?

Drying time depends on the fabric, the cleaning method used and the airflow and humidity in your home. We use speed-drying equipment where appropriate and will give you an estimate for your specific piece on the day of service.

Can every stain be removed?

No — and we'll always be honest about that. Many spots and stains improve significantly with professional treatment, but results depend on the fabric, the stain and how long it has set. Stain removal cannot be guaranteed. We'll tell you what to realistically expect after inspecting your furniture.
